Let Me Be

Let me be the wind
So everyone can hear
Fill me up with sun rays
To brighten the days
Let me be the flower
Chosen to be picked
Carried with a smile
Then shared for a while
Reach me with reason
So I can understand
For when my mind is clear,
What runs away is fear
Then, what’s left is faith
Strong as the mountains
Unwavering strength
To reach such great length
