Let me be
The mirror on your wall
Telling you how beautiful and bad you are.
Let me be
The one
That will wash away the pain hidden in your pride.
Let me be
The one
That will fight, protect you and also die when you die.
Let me be
The one
That will love you
Even when you smell like a pig in rags
Let me be
The one
That will whisper
Soft words as old as time in your ears.
Let me be
Your ending and beginning
Even when I'm loosing and winning.
Let me be
The light
That will shine
In your darkest path and illuminate your world forever.
Let me be
The one that will tell you
That the past is gone, the future is a dream
That all we got is now.
