Let Me

Let me glide into the horizon.

Show me how to expand,
into the light.

Let me breathe in the crisp air.

Teach me how to dance,
love and fight.

Let me rocket to the stars.

Lift me beyond the clouds,
to realms uncharted.

Let me dig through the mountain.

Guide me through the caverns,
to challenges not started.

Let me sail the heaving ocean.

Chart me a route true,
over crashing waves.

Let me see the eagle's view.

Help me fly faster,
pass all that enslaves.

Let me rest amongst dark storm clouds.

Wake me to grab the lightening,
it's tail my saddle.

Let me charge at life with victory.

Inspire me to live bravely,
making life my chapel.
