So many heartbreaks lie unresolved 
So many hearts cold and alone 
Yet so many people yearn for Connection
They're looking for a Love to feel like Home

There's this Beauty inside us
There's a Soul that knows it's Special 
There's a Silver Thread between us
There's always the possibility of Joy

So, come, come now, my Sweet
Open your Heart and your Soul 
Come on, come on, now
Let Love's Light guide you Home

Because Home is where the Heart is
Or at least that's what they say
But I know my Heart is always with you 
Forever and ever, come what may

We don't need to live in silence 
We don't need any walls or secrets 
We can hold hands and take a leap of Faith 
We can cross bridges and oceans together 

For no mountain will ever be too high 
No abyss too deep to find it
Our Love is precious and meant to be 
It was written in the Stars as Destiny 

All we have to do is take a chance 
All we have to do is let it in
The sweet caress of warm emotions 
Knowing together there are no regrets 

Let all those many heartbreaks be resolved 
May all our hearts be warm and united
In the deepest and truest connections
