Snowflakes caress my cheek Sugary sweet, like a candy treat Oh, so enchanting Mesmerizing Snow falls soft and tender Like the whisper Of the softest Feather Snowflakes kiss the Naked branches Lingering on firs With affection Snow lies glistening Like beautiful angels Falling around me A spiritual balm Snowflakes, liquid A graceful prayer Breathing laughter Inspiring smiles Snow bleeds hope Through the spruce Emerald shadows In hues of melodies Snowflakes, dreamy Dancing through clouds Growing more fluid As they sigh to the ground Snow so brilliant It enlivens the heart With kind edges Bouncing on the thoughts Snowflakes embrace me With sincerity and truth Gliding on the air Like a sense of splendor – God’s music! Snow falls on the mountains Covers the whole world In a white blanket so indulgent It shouts through the silence Snowflakes glimmer Like starlight and fireflies Rushing toward the skies With a breathtaking feeling Snow roams the soul Relaying all that is good From murmurs of dreams Discovered on the angel’s wings Snowflakes break through Peace, joy and faith Touching the crackling fires With an intimate light Snow rides the breeze With rumors of blessings Praising all the ways God has hallowed our realms Snowflakes are alive Bleaching the entire lives Of those who take the time To touch them as they fly by Snow is the calm, cool approval Of this season we call Winter As it races through our minds Shimmering as bright as diamonds Snowflakes ride the twists and turns Of angelic flights who have come To remind us that we can still feel Like a child on Christmas morn Snow, so elegant as it flows Across my thoughts, through my soul To keep my mind discerning The need to love God’s handiwork!

Your celebration or the snowflake and how it effects emotions is so lovely Regina. My favorite stanza begins with “Snow rides the breeze”. Thank you for sharing. Blessings xxoo
