Let It Go
Caught in a bad romance
Led to another heartbreak
Followed in my shame
Through a weary night
He left my side
Left me alone
I stayed at the window
Just being naive in hope
He'll return soon
But how soon
If I have waited years
He has moved on .... or so I heard
Can't bring myself to do that just yet
But If I give him up
What will I get in return
A broken heart and an anger
Carried into the day
Floating on the edge of night
