let it be 
just quit 
dwelling upon
the things of the 
past that can never 
be changed 
let it be 
let of 
all pent up 
emotional 
baggage
that has accumulated
atop one another 
over years of hurtful
emotionally laden 
experiences that can 
not be washed away by 
themselves without effort 
on the part of the afflicted
