Let It Be

Everyone was so against her The girl who ran barefoot And twirled in the rain Who made daisy chains And didn't mind the bruises And she was judged So harshly But she let it be And I wish I was that carefree But when I hear people say things I say what she say Let it be Because their words don't matter to her She is free So let it be And be who you truly are That's what the girl taught me when she say Let it be - August 11, 2017
