Let Go

Holding on the wind she left
Is like holding a dead rat
From a pot of Milk
You just broke

As you cling to thoughts Of you two
She is creating new thoughts
With another fool like you
Who will miss her
After she moves on with another dude

Let go
You cant chew the cane
With chicken in your mouth
One is sweet
Another delicious
Let go one
To enjoy the other

Great poem, you do have to let go of one to enjoy the other... Lucilla
