Let Freedom Ring

Let freedom ring and everyone else can sing but me it's not that I don't support the troops or that I don't believe in the American Dream it's just that I don't believe in a country that lies let freedom ring and everyone else can sing but me it's not that I don't respect the President or that I don't acknowledge all the country has done it's just that I don't believe in a country that doesn't practice what it preaches let freedom ring and everyone else can sing but me it's not that I don't enjoy reading about its history or that I don't appreciate its citizens and character it's just that this country really doesn't have equal rights for all let freedom ring and everyone else can sing but me because until our beloved country actually does what it says I will not approve so let freedom ring and everyone else can sing but me

This sounds like Martin Luther King. I like the flow of the lines and the message. Welcome to Poetry Soup and keep writing. Blessings, Joseph
