Less Said

The street was empty. Silence pressed.
Shadows shifted where I least expected.
Time slowed… my heartbeat echoed.
I stepped forward, hands shaking.
The world stayed, quiet, as if waiting.
I moved…nothing followed everything changed.

Yes, a bit like waiting and looking at the white piece of paper before writing, or the fabric before sewing, ingredients before cooking - it could be anything... that is a delicious moment of choice. J :)
