Leonardo Cherished the Mona Lisa..
The Mona Lisa is so powerful because Leonardo created it
to console him in times of comfort.
He even carried it with him to his last powerful patron's site.
The Mona Lisa is effective as it provided a purpose for it's creator.
Leonardo needed the re-assuring gaze of his own creation to
empower him when he needed the strength.
