Lemons

The lemon tree is very pretty with a sweet flower. However, it has an inedible fruit that is very sour. The juice needs a lot of sugar to make it sweet. The unadulterated pulp is something we cannot eat.

Robert Such a creative and "juicy" write. Lemons are not the sweetest fruit but good for a lot of cooking and cool summertime drinks. Thanks for the great comment on my I Slipped poem.

The first part I almost sang: Lemon tree oh so pretty. Remember that fun song? Love how you took this from the sweet to the sour.
