Legendary
people may not recall
how regal it was
to grace the life you once had
the success and happiness
that enveloped your pain and sorrow
however you remember
those things you once were
the only thing they can see now
is what's lacking and the handicap you have
and when the day ends
up around the corner
you sit in deep thought
time has pass you by
and yet with a smile - remembering the glory - saying, those were the days.
