Left To Rot

The trail is darkened why bother walking, Hear the footsteps trading closer, Hear the sound of my heart beating, Short on dirrecting with my back bleeding, With the dagger they left behind, Hear my voice and sound of my soul as it comes pouring out, See the footprints we left behind, Watch and you shall see, The path we chosen could have been less bumpy, Now watch my mouth fire the final shot, I will haunt you while you're sleeping, I'll be the reason you can't sleep at night, See me standing by your bedside, Feel the cold hand of fate and the spite of a ghastly being that you created, As I promised, I came back, lets trade places, and give me your soul You sold a life, now pay your toll
