Left Behind

Enter into my journey where I will make it through
the land of the dead,
but I will not be alone, for I will be led to a place of love
that I will forever call home.
Then all of my fears and doubts will be left behind, and only
Your Holy peace will I find.
So I will meet the challenges of my life as the waterfall spills
over the edge... I realize that I must lose my life to truly gain.
This is the most important lesson that You my sweet Lord
are teaching me each and every day.
Then all of my fears and doubts will be left behind, and only
Your Holy peace will I find.
So every day I must learn to walk a step at a time into Your Holy
land of the Vine. To walk into and learn by heart about
all that is divine.
I must learn to have courage, to be able to look myself in the face,
so I may confront and conquer all that is ugly inside my wicked soul...
only then will I continue to grow wise beautiful and old.
Then all my fears and doubts will be left behind,
and only Your Holy peace will I find.

This is a great thing to keep in mind when life gets difficult and the journey seems too hard. Well said, Susan. Well said.
