Leaving You
i hate that i had to leave you
we were always so close
leaving you was the hardest thing ive ever done
because i think i love you
i love the way you make me laugh
the way you hold me when im scared
the way you wipe away my tears
i miss you so much it hurts
i wish i could see your smiling face again
i look at your pictures,
the ones hanging up on my wall
the ones you drew for me so long ago
i guess its time to say hello to goodbye
as the song goes
goodbye my almost lover
it was good while it lasted
ill always hold you close to my heart
