Learning to breathe again

When your life is ripped apart by loss,
each minute seems to last a lot longer
and it takes great concentration to do basic
human tasks that should come naturally

learning to breathe again without paying
specific attention to filling your lungs with air
and pushing it out again, takes so much
out of you when your world tilts on it's axis
