Daily affirmation
Daily dedication
To yourself
It may seem hard
At first
In the end, you know your worth
No matter what you do
Learning to love is a hard thing to do

beneficial to you

Give yourself a hand a round of applause
For giving yourself a second chance when you fall
Ask the lord above
To help you learn how to love
