empowered by memory narrative built by mind seeks to connect the dots that feeling of continuity sculpts our uniqueness affirmation of our identity within a bubble of limitation creates body identification plunging us in deep trance held captive by attachment as felt in moments of silence we know there’s more to us but now hemmed in by desire we are fearful of the unknown that beckons us from beyond trauma bonding with illusion we’re accustomed to delusion so we indulge to the fullest but lasting joy remains elusive it’s then that we turn inwards slowing down flow of thought by witnessing in nonchalance we negate ownership to waves that rise and fall in awareness in timeless time they ebb away thoughts recede identity fades awareness self aware remains humming silently bliss enlivened three fold flame in heart glows mind-body, soul, spirit entwined there’s nothing here to be done beholding duality in singularity dance of polarities orbiting love game of separation and union one becoming two and two one 19-December-2022
