Lead Balloons
One couple of days, ninth week of May
two clumsy elephants danced ballet;
they were so weightless they tied it down;
the four in tutus, and one in gown.
Nine ancient young men, both cut the rope
to float away here, and land in hope.
A sober judge while out for a drink,
who did not see them, said they were pink!
