Laying Blame

That is soooo true, Caren. The stores were able to show me video of the person who had my credit cards. Now, I'm deciding whether or not to sign an arrest warrant. I do not want to cause this young man further problems, and believe me jail will not be kind to him!!!

Interesting one Milton, suits the insurers though, sorry acts of God we don't cover. But it's an act of nature! lol. Tom

They ARE acts of nature, not of God. You're absolutely right. Blaming culture could be correct since individuals set culture standards...more's the pity for that. Wise words, Milt.
