Laying Blame

Why do we call hurricane winds acts of God
Instead of calling them acts of nature?
Who is to blame for countless acts of fraud
Shall we lay them at the feet of our culture?

Now, I'm deciding whether or not to sign an arrest warrant. I do not want to cause this young man further problems, and believe me jail will not be kind to him!!!
