Lavern Lavender

Never got to school
Words jumped off the pages
Chased his skinny tail right back home
Too scared to try and open a book again.

What a grand imagination you have, Doris. (Lavern sounds a bit like my little brother on his first few days to school!) Cute one! Congratulations on your success in The Life Of A Fictitious Person contest sponsored by: Matt Caliri Smiles, Dane Ann

Yes, Doris, it was no my first Cats' Show I visited. Some year ago there was another one in Hesse (another German County to the West where Ilived before and about 320 Miles from here), which was even bigger than the one here. It is nice for the visitors, but awful for the cats as the show goes for two days. But it was, however, very interesting, especially to see new breeds. Thank you for your encouraging comments! Gert

Yes, sometimes this happened to us at Grammar School! Today I visited a Cats' exhibit with soem interesting breed I never heard of before. E.G. a Sibirian Fortest Cat and a Bengalese Cat - of whom I've heardm, but never seen before. A pretty cat with red-brown shor fur and dark spots like a small lepard. Then I walked along the small river Mandau in heavy snowfall. Thank you for your comments and have a good week ahead..Love, Gert

Doris, sounds like something that someone told me one time. Remind me to tell you about it. Keep the creative pen flowing. Mom
