Last Word

YOU STARTED THIS WORD WAR LAST NIGHT,

THROWING YOUR WORDS LEFT AND RIGHT,

LITERING THE ROOM, I GRABED ME A BROOM

AND SWEEPT ALL THE WORDS OUT OF SIGHT.

IF YOU WANT TO THROW WORDS AT ME,

REMEMBER THAT CERTAIN WORDS STING.

IF YOU BE INCLINDED, TO GIVE ME A PIECE OF YOUR MIND,

REMEMBER, SILENCE IS GOLDEN AND FREE.
