Last Smile

The ebon hair cascaded untamed,
some swirled in the stream of longing squall,
some laced the enticing lattice of lust
on your forehead of ivory canvas,
engraving the contours of the evanescent mind,
configured in the last visage of your charisma.

The almond eyes of blue sea walzed
to the melody waves of fervent music,
the eyelids danced with the flutter of butterfly,
floating in the air of yearning on charming wings,
folding the dulcet fabric of your last dream undreamt,
for it drifted away with the wind in wilderness.

The crimson cheeks soaked to shine
with the patina of blooming rose I adored,
spreading the seductive scent on the allured zephyr,
caressing the face with the touch of my yearning,
rippling with enchanting hues of ethereal glamour,
transfixed on your last portrait I preserved.

The buds of rose unfurled on the luscious lips,
adorning the lilac luster of the sunburst dawn,
the mesmeric allure sparkled in crystalline glow
like pearls of dew on pristine petals of pink rose,
radiating the shimmer of your last smile,
shining like a star in the dark sky of my memory.
