Last Night

Last night, I dreamt of you
Last night, I saw you close
Last night, I was with you
Last night, you were with me
Last night, I held you near
Last night, I held your hips
Traced your face
Traced your lips
Caressed you
Gazed into your eyes
And whispered softly in your ear
Last night, I told you
I want you beside me
I want you forever
And yes that added day
I want you to never go away
I laid lost in thought
Your images caught
And ….
Last night, I dreamt of you
