Laptop Device

The house, it’s on fire, I must go retrieve
My world, my laptop device
That has all my life’s work

Oh is that not the truth! ...Luckily Russell there iss now The Cloud! You can access that anywhere, what a wonderful world we live in how did they ever survive(Gosh I should have said I! Forgot how dreadfully mature I am!!!!) without a computer?

You make me nervous with this one Mr. Russell, but it is a nice introspective write and so true for many of us! :)

You chose the one I would take too, Russell (if I had not already printed out the pages) however, much easier to carry a computer than THREE big scrapbooks of poems!! I'm with you on THIS one.

I know the feeling Russell! I hope I don't ever have to decide between my hubbie and the laptop. Not sure how that one would turn out :)

Russell, at least it is small and light enough to carry out of a burning building. This is a good example of a kimo.

Russell, wow~ just your laptop, that's xool~ I think, I have to many to choose from~ i don't wish to lose all my work either. But, honestly I hate the thought of my house on fire. This contest makes me sad with reality. My parents entire house burned down~ on Friday the 13th entering valentines day. My niece died in the fire~ sorry to share that with U but, that is what i would have saved HER.. but, i was not there..good luck in the contest.. now let me go find a happy poem..always,..p.d.
