Languages And Religions
Languages And Religions
Today, during my break at my workplace
I spoke with an Indian lady at the table
Sometimes I am funny and bohemian
I wished her good appetite in French
(I don’t speak French)
She asked what it means. I said in English
She didn’t understand. Because of pronunciation
Oh, you too. Good appetite. She said
So many languages in the world, I said
Yes, so many religions. She answered
Hmm. Yes. It’s true. But the languages of religions?
I was thinking. So many religions. Languages.
What is the common connection, meaning?
Came the answer. The faith. Yes. Faith.
Because words of languages come from fate.
First, people gave names, descriptions to things
And they believed that was that. This is the reality
All the people gave names, descriptions
What about life? Nations? Unknown world?
All the people gave names, descriptions
Then they believed all of them to be true and exist
Different people, different nations, different descriptions
People gave names to desires, lives, loves, and happiness
All of them in their own languages
Yes. This is the reality
Many religions
Many language
Human lives
This lady
Was
Very wise
I respect
Her
So many religions?
So many worlds
So many languages
So many worlds
I respect
Her
