Lamp

I light the lamp burning it
complaining it does not
I leave it hungry, does not talk
kick it  but no voice from it
whatever I do to it
obedience and service it gives
Is it blindly loyal to me?
Is it foolishness of the lamp?
or is it its natural humility?
