Lady Liberty
Like a lady she is too polite
Amethyst hearted eyes so bright
Deeply beautiful as if divine
Yet will she persevere despite times
Liberals and conservatives fight for
Indigo reasons to rule her shore
Butterflies ballet across her face
Emerald dance of defiance displays
Really disgusted by infighting
Turn to God as cause for uniting
Yet again they are dividing
