Lady In Waiting
Lady in Waiting
In the deep of night
Inside your head
You hear my voice
I hope you know
My insecurities you have fed
Lady in waiting
Wonders about her fate
Dominated by a spirit
Knowing all along
Time will not wait
It’s her own memories
That imprison her soul
An invisible cage
That holds her where
She plays a lead role
A day or a year
Perhaps six or seven
She will wait forever
Such a small price
To feel Hells Heaven
