Lady In Red

*Image of Girl About Red by Pixabay. Lady In Red When I let one loose in the elevator ... three men decided it was best they parted as each of them began to size each other none of them knew who had really farted. I thought it would be best for it to be said "*Messieurs, when the doors open the smell will pass ..." at that, doors opened and the lady in red went on to say, "... excuse **moi for passing gas." *Messieurs; French for Gentlemen/Sirs **moi; French for me 2021 August 01 *1st Place* When I Let One Loose In The Elevator ~~charles messina: Judged 2021 August 09 *3rd Place* Your Favorite Rhyme Poem in August 2021 ~~Constance La France: Judged 2021 September 02

Thanks a bunch, William. I’ll never see beautiful women in the same light again. I never realised that when they fluttered their eyelashes at me they were merely wafting away accumulated discharge. Fun poem though. Congrats on your win ;-) Terry

Terry, "Whenever in red, their means is to tread, and wake-up the dead, exclusively shred, hearts after they're wed." Her words said, was a pick-up line for the shallowest of men, albeit, you have my thanks, Aloha!

Thanks as she was a lady to the end -- so to speak -- as was yours, 'lift' sounds UKish, albeit, granted me more than smile ... my compliments, Belle (love your name), Aloha!
