Lacking

It's been far too long, More than a year, Or maybe just longer than I care to remember, Since I had that feeling in my gut: Like I couldn't get enough Of the very essence of what It Felt to be alive. And all the signs say that I'm there again - But all the emotions say I've miles left to run.
