Lacerating Words

Unmet expectations damage the dormant psyche,
futile promises smother the distant rays of fading hope.
Lacerating words tear the lattice of my mangled mind,
‘love seeps from curling words into floundering bloodstream.’

As the smoke of bitterness swells thick and intense,
upset conscience loses the equilibrium and crashes.
Vile breath is charged with the acrimonious ashes,
while the patient facade of restraint you deface.

Scorching words stoke the fire, the smoke billows up,
clouding the misbalanced crumpled conscience.
The shrapnel of words rise like Sphinx from toxic ashes,
emotionally perish the patient face of my restraint.

Your flashing eyes reveal you seethe sensually inside,
generating an inferno of malice in your heart .
The twisted words spill out your sadistic sentiments,
‘your acidic tongue drips venom’ of your cruel mind.

The scruple of sane sagacity turns into shredding cinder,
erupting out of your fuming volcanic fervent fury,
flows in the spreading smoke of stifling spite,
consuming the remains of reason you lose frenzied.

In the space of bruised essence that slowly transforms,
I feel the benign breeze of prudent composure blow.
I rise from the ashes of fond feelings burned by your hate
to send message of good wishes from my tolerant heart.
