Laced On My Tongue

My heart is laced on my tongue,
So kiss my lips if you please,
And taste the agonizing taste of love.

“Are you still not satisfied?”
“Are you still not satisfied?”

Satisfied that with every nibble a piece,
Of my heart, of my soul becomes a part of you.

They swirl around you,
Inside of you like,
Sapphire butterflies.
Dropping tears of love on your dusk heart.

“I tremble at these thoughts”

Maybe I’m just delusional man,
Maybe I’m just delusional man.
Waiting for his laced dove,
Trapped in your venomous tongue.
