"Why did God choose me to be his plaything?" by Poet
my life is a torturous maze
a labyrinth of blind alleys
hidden from the sun's rays
oh, God I praise
you in so many ways
tell me God is this just a phase
or is it my forever craze
I wander the labyrinthine twisting maze
standing, I wonder and gaze
and this is my usual day
I can sum up my life in a phrase
“my future is a burning blaze”
I listen to Black Country Communion Sway
down by the bay
and when troubles weigh
I celebrate my few yays
oh, why am I the devils prey
why does he seek me out to play
but let me just say…
my spirit is strong like clay
