Labryinth

Labryrith Lost in a dark cavern of my own making. Wanting to forget all allegiances that I am now foresaking. "Allegiances to what, say you"~ Answer..to stop writing about what is excellent, noble and true. To the tedium and meaningless of life will I write. Mundane, nothings to not uplift the spirit, for tis better to go fly a kite! To let go of the social tendrils that choke, like bloody masks! And to look to this day, which may be our very last. Augusr 1, 2020 7am PST

Live today as if it is our last, easy to say, but what about the ones who are terminally ill, I suppose they should also, but some can't and I do understand. But as always my dearest friend, your poetry is superb and has an eternal depth to it. Blessings and hugs, Jennifer.

Jenny, I took care of my Mom 24 hours a day at home, she could do nothing for herself. I have looked death in the face, you would have nightmares. I mean when you have to to CPR to your own parent?I have attended the dying in hospitals. And put them in body bags when deceased..I can't go around wringing my hands about the dying as you and I will be there one day. Frankly, it's far easier to be the prophet of doom. But there are far more living people that need attention who are not ill. I see you never read my poem about an autopsy, L' Chaim....To Life! Panagiota,xx

Well said; I think it is also our making, for we are One more than our consciousness realizes. We are being made fearful fools with this mask wearing. Giving totalitarian rule to a class of elites who are far more interested their own safety, and continued domination, than the spiritual well being of humanity. Take the masks off and stand against the Grim Reaper as did Cyrano -- are we poets or mice?

Poserful, powerful Comnent..are we piets or mice! Exactly. I freaked out yesterday, Joe.they said we may have to wear the mask, a face shield and goggles. Don't look at me. I am civilly disobedient.i cannot bear these moronic days so will not go out. All things are delivered. Of course we are going totalitarian. China must love this..such an over dramatized ruse, hope Americans are aware of where we are headed. Thanks Cyrano de Mino )) PRxx
