Nothing better than walking on a path or road with your husband or partner under a full moon, no need for a torch! We go for long walks in the Kruger Park, but within the restrictions of the camp we are staying at. You can hear the animals so beautifully - it is so peacefully quiet. Blessings, and hugs, Jennifer. A lovely write,

What is really amazing is that the moon just hangs around - night after night - yet continues to fascinate generation after generation. Well done, Jan! Aloha! Rico

Reminds me of the song Clint Eastwood sang in "Paint Your Wagon". A pretty double dose of haiku.

So that’s you, me and Prince Charles then. Don’t you just love the way those trees listen and never answer back (although I once had one that kept saying ‘Who?’). Spent many nights on river banks (fishing... I’m not a weirdo) with only the moon for company so I felt and recognised the atmosphere in your smashing poem. All the best, Jan. Terry

Thanks JCB we have little light pollution here and when the street lights go out at 1am (and earlier in some roads we walk on during out midnight walks) the sky is so amazing to observe with the stars being so spectacular, thanks so much for the fave I do appreciate it:-) hugs jan xx
