haiku’s are hiding –
hunting season just opened
all understatements

reveals dancing images –
how much can you say?

"look!" old man reflects
"more cracks than I care to count -
how God's light gets in?"

fishing bob jiggles
baited hook plumbing the depths –
men watch girls walking

play it again Sam –
although hope springs eternal
bad weather ahead

seventy two brides -
perhaps I'm missing something
sounds like hell to me
