Krama Mudra
Little by little
Soma nectar seeps
Igniting our form
Hidden pathways deep
Until we awake
Acceptant self
Simply looking
Feels bliss throb rise
In calm tranquil
That is all
Direct path
So simple
We feel
Within
Joy
