Know This To Know All
we are all hypnotised
by the environment
bemused by illusions
gripping your attention
that in trance we feel
each life impulse fully
each night we escape
in the deep sleep state
reuniting with our Self
which we may recognise
if we wake up very slowly
eyes closed, mind at rest
physical, astral, casual
are three aspects of Self
which when fused in heart
become a composite whole
upon which we recognise
the true nature of our soul
