Knife of Sadness

I have been to so many great places
To So many beautiful memories
My  sadness is all jumbled up

I have been through so many sadness'
Through so many burning dreams
My smiles are all fleeting now

I have seen too many melting smiles
Seen too many happy lives
But mine has never been

I have led mine hopefully straight
too many compromised truths
sadness is all that is
