Kiting Butterflies

KITING BUTTERFLIES
02/08/2021

Mighty sun at its best radiance
Shines down on the greeny earth
Butterflies, bees and dragonflies
Soaring up and down with mirth

They dance fluttering their wings
Singing their unheard melodies
Cool warm breeze helping them
Balance flight without maladies

But a bunch of notorious souls
Armed with nets and strings
Chases them hither and thither
Swinging their deadly things

Alas! A butterfly and a dragonfly
Struggles to escape from the hell
But the fabrics strong, it's difficult
For them to escape, I can surely tell

Caught by tail, the fragile abdomen
Senses a great piercing pain
A string wrapped around the fragile
Makes them fly again and again
Mighty sun at its best radiance
Shines down on the greeny earth
Butterflies, bees and dragonflies
Soaring up and down with mirth

They dance fluttering their wings
Singing their unheard melodies
Cool warm breeze helping them
Balance flight without maladies

But a bunch of notorious souls
Armed with nets and strings
Chases them hither and thither
Swinging their deadly things

Alas! A butterfly and a dragonfly
Struggles to escape from the hell
But the fabrics strong, it's difficult
For them to escape, I can surely tell

Caught by tail, the fragile abdomen
Senses a great piercing pain
A string wrapped around the fragile
Makes them fly again and again.
