Kissable

KISSABLE

A nearly perfect date

His eyes shine
Hers match him in kind

A magnetic moon draws them closer

Shy lips moist with lip gloss
Conversation finishes

Spotlight illumination

Stars shine
Lips slide

A very nearly perfect moment
Abruptly Interrupted

Her dad’s scowl stares down her date.

Eyes drop with a slight smile
He says “I’ll see you tomorrow”

Her curvaceous lips silently comply
