Kiss of Rain

I want to be kissed by your rain
Deep and moist, your tears of pain
Four your loss
You bear that cross
Bend down, and let me kiss your rain

Oh, holy your eyes
So deep with sighs unspoken
Grey and beige
Come fast with age
Blue skies left your eyes this token

Then embrace, and let me taste your rain
That I may trace your snowy flow of mane
Don’t fear this love, these virgin plains
Where no other lover’s planted grain
Just sow this land, I’ll heal your pain

Feed to me your sorrowed tears
I’ll give you wisdom of my years
Come near, right hear
I’ll bear your pain
Lean closer, dear
And kiss me with your rain.
