Kiss of Midnight

Guardian Angel, keeper of life
     Powerful and pure
     Guide through this strife

     Lonely night, can't sleep
     Death is stalking, enemies surround
     Edge of dark abyss, want to leap

     A whisper turn to see
     Soft glow, feet, white robe
     Angel of beauty watching over me.

     My true life story of actually seeing my guardian angel who miraculously saved me to accomplish my life purpose.  Guardian Angels are simply powerful beings of purity who watch over us.  Everyone has one.

Eight years ago, I had eight chapbooks for sale at Shadowpoetry.com's bookstore. Two of them were publishing deals I won through her annual contests. Here is the thing about publishing poetry. NOBODY buys your books!!! A few nice friends bought my books and I bought theirs. I would love to know the secret to getting one's books bought! I would love to buy your books of poetry Andrea. People just haven't discovered you yet. Maybe get your local/national newspapers to start publishing your poems ? The readers would love it !

It was at a time of life I really was at the end of my rope. God was letting me know that everything would be ok, and miraculously I'm still alive ! We all have a purpose no power of earth can stop.
