Kiss Me Goodnight

Kiss me by the candle light and let me hear that
Incomparable sigh. The one that only love can
Silence. Share your tongue and sweet caress
Soothe me sweetly and completely

Mesmerize me with your beauty, breathe on me
Enlist me with your passion's over drive and

Gather me in your arms, like a precious pearl
Open your heart and leave the door ajar
Open your soul and let my love explore
Dine with me on chocolate truffles and sweet wine. Then
Near me in, as skin on skin we lay . Be the
Icon of my sweet adore. I am your
Girl, your heart throb of romantic bliss. I get
High on the sound of your voice and
Truth be told, when your around I'm never cold.

A spirit right out of my own heart.. or vice versa... Well done!; and, a great example of acrostic poetry. For me anyhow. You know I will have to try this now .. don't ya? I am going to learn so much here on this site!! Hugs!!!

A beautiful poetic testament to romantic love. I hope it is your truth, your imagery and feel share that if not now, you did know such passion as time once fashioned. Joyous romance in dreamy thrills where sensuous fun is couple honed. 4th line: I think you meant to type 'me' rather than 'my'. I had a great time visiting you via this poem. All the best ... CayCay

A beautifully-written acrostic, for sure, Pixie Dust. Bravo! Elegant.
