Kind Acts Are Blessed

To help a friend, one's kindness never hurts.
     A salve that comforts and diverts
     the pain, with help to heal and mend;
one's kindness never hurts to help a friend.

To lift up, cheer those downed with woeful needs;
     assist with gifts of words or deeds.
     A little kindness will endear
those downed with woeful needs, to lift up, cheer.

Our heartfelt ways can calm sad hearts and souls.
     Warm loving acts will soon extol
     how thoughtful kindness is the balm;
sad hearts and souls, our heartfelt ways can calm.

Kind acts are blessed, whatever, large or small;
     and for some time, can please, enthrall,
     lift heavy loads from those so stressed.
Whatever, large or small, kind acts are blessed.
