Kimo Therapy

Although there was plenty of oxygen, we prayed for miracles. My friend needed new lungs. One giant of a man, most kind and true If broken, he could fix it His love fixed people In the zone of mystery, God is there. Pursuits for answers, futile. Then, eternity speaks. 07112018 Poetry Soup Contest Kimo Therapy, Carol Connell

I had a friend get a new pair of lungs on Christmas Day several years ago. It was essential for time to live and he was down to his last few days. It was both powerful and strange to pray for quick lungs, where we knew to get them someone else would have to die.
