This is a mix of the following songs:  Twist and Shout, Skip to My Lu, Boot Scooting Boogie, Watermellon Crawl, Hookie Pookie, and Meet in the Middle.

Shake it up baby, twist and shout. Swing your partner round and round, dip down spin around do-si-doe. Rock back to your heals, drop down to your knees, stick your right arm in, stick your left arm out, do the boot scotin boogie, turn yourself around and meet in the middle.

We experienced it. Kids today have no ideal. What happened to the running around in the neighborhood?

If I were not old, Miranda, I would start dancing. Lively poem.

Old might be a state of mind as compared to a number. Dancing might make you feel a little younger than you are. Example it might turn a middle aged 40's to a 30 something, at least in feelings.
